Your shirt/garment(s) should be no less than 17” x 17” for a 16” pillow and no less than 19” x 19” for an 18” pillow.

Garment Remnants:  Unused garments are either disposed of or you may choose to have them returned to you for an additional fee of $5.00.

Order Completion Timeframe: 
The production of your custom Memory Pillow keepsake will take on average five business days to complete once your shirt/garment(s) are received.

Place your shirt and a copy of your invoice into a 12.5 x 9.5 or larger padded envelope to ensure your garmet is contained and protected during transit.
