Shipping policy

The Memory Pillow has no control over USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and; therefore, cannot guarantee the arrival of your garments to our facility or the arrival of your finished product mailed back to you. While problems with these carriers are rare, they do happen occasionally.

Once we receive your garments, they will be well taken care of in our facility. Orders take on average 5 business days to complete once your garment has been received.

When your product is complete, we’ll ship your order for free in the U.S.A. lower 48 states, providing warm memories to hold for years to come. Shipping charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii and U.S.A. territories.
