Shipping
Free shipping is only for only shipping desitinations within the lower 48 U.S.A. states. Additional shipping charges apply in Alaska, Hawaii and U.S.A territories.
Place your shirt and a copy of your invoice into a 12.5 x 9.5 or larger padded envelope to ensure your garmet is contained and protected during transit.
Mail your garment(s) to:

Once your order is received at our facility. Your memory to hold takes on average 5 business days to complete and ship.
Once your order is completed. You will receive an email notification with your USPS tracking order number.
Return & Refund Policies
Our number one goal at The Memory Pillow is customer satisfaction! If you are not satisfied with your keepsake upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your Memory Pillow to see if there is anything we can do improve your experience.
If you would like to make change to your order, please contact us within 3 business days of the initial order to make the necessary accommodations prior to production.
The Memory Pillow Product
Unused garments are either disposed of or you may choose to have them returned to you for an additional fee of $5.00.
Caring for your Memory Pillow keepsake is based on the material supplied by the customer. Before sending in your garments, please be aware of the type material and the necessary instructions for proper care.
